Why I chew and tear up pillows
My name is benny, and, as you can see, I am a pillow thief.
According to Marty Becker, author of the book Why Do Dogs Drink From The Toilet?, spite and guilt are not part of my emotional range. In other words, I am NOT destroying your stuff to get back at you for leaving me alone all day. Want to know why I chew and make a mess? Easy answer, because I am A DOG!
Barking, chewing, and digging is what I do naturally. It’s in my DNA. And if you come home and start yelling and screaming at me, I have no idea why you’re angry because I do not think I did anything wrong. Chewing…well, it’s normal and natural for me. Please, don’t yell at me.
